Another big house clearance just completed. A number of charities and locals have benefitted. Approx 2 tons of furniture, clothing and China etc saved from landfill. :)
We sold enough furniture to cover virtually all the clients costs.
We also found a number of personal, sentimental items the client had missed and they were grateful to get them back.

A new branch of my business now specialising in salvage, minor demolition works and clearance.

Our most recent client was about to start a full property modernisation and invited us in first. We stopped 3 Tons of salvage going to landfill & at the same time handed her over £3k for items we sold on her behalf. She also saved thousands on fees she would have normally paid the builders to strip out and dispose of the architectural & fitted items.
We sold doors, kitchens, balustrades, floor tiles, light fittings bathrooms & furniture & much more.
In the process we also gave away over 100 items to charity shops & community organisations.
