Introducing a foldaway table at the end of the kitchen island. Having it as a bridge between the living room space and kitchen.

Again natural materials and muted colours contrasting the tones of the original Victorian interiors.

Studio Oh Em Gee is 2 years old today! What a milestone!

After the winter lockdown of 2020 we started this journey, and it was with the support of our friends and family, and the help of our clients and collaborators that we got to where we are today.
•

Just before Christmas we received planning approval (with conditions) to this double storey side extension being converted into a 1 bed property in Mitcham.
•
My client carried out this extension in 2018 and after the current and ongoing economic crisis decided on dividing the property to make some profit.
•
The brief was simply put a new 1 bed property with very little work required. A new staircase and landing, and a small open plan kitchen. Luckily a bathroom was already downstairs.
•
A stage 4 package has just been produced so here’s hoping the project starts and gets completed by the end of summer
