Big news!

Room Roof is now The Fabrika Construction — and this change reflects how much we’ve grown. Bigger team, stronger structure, and a fully organised way of working that allows us to take on more, and deliver better.

You can now hand us the keys and relax. Under The Fabrika Group, we take care of everything: construction, design, interior, bespoke furniture, and joinery — all managed in-house, from start to finish.

We’re also expanding into commercial projects, bringing the same level of detail, control, and care that defines our residential work.

This is an exciting step for us, and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming next.
