Are you ready for spring clean? I clean as and when and do a couple of extra bits when I have the time during the year. This way I don't need to stress and spend a whole day ticking off a to do list.

Fed up with lumpy salt? Easy solution: Add rice or pasta to it. It will take away the moisture.

Some leftover ingredients? Can you freeze them? Just use a freezer container label with a drywipe marker and wipe it off when you take it out of the freezer.
By the way; opened canned tuna can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days. It last in the freezer about 3 months.
