Fairfax Road | Modernisation of a Victorian terrace house, involving the addition of an elegant single-storey rear extension, providing a larger, brighter kitchen and dining area. The project also includes the addition of timer parquet flooring to the front living area, and the redesign of front garden, restoring the charm and beauty of the house.

Rochester Terrace | Located within Camden Conservation Area, this Victorian four floor semi-detached house is undergoing a full internal refurbishment. Currently under construction, works have so far included the stripping out of existing finishings and the removal of chimneys across all four floors to maximise available space. Efforts have been made to maintain the buildings charm, with original cornicing preserved, whilst enhancing the space’s potential through modern and clean design.
