1957 TIMBER FRAMED COTTAGE IN HERTFORDSHIRE

This Cottage was completely restored and replanned for its new owners. The detached Summer House and new terrace were designed to link all the Ground floor accommodation.
New larger windows and garden doors helped improved insulation, increased the light and views over the Green Belt. Two new bathrooms and a new open-plan Kitchen/Dining were provided.

Our practice has been established for 30 years as Stephen Wax Associates. As Bespoke Architecture, we continue to provide a professional and personal service to both residential and commercial clients.
