Another one from earlier this year, completed back in April around Easter.

We laid new ’Kandla Grey’ sandstone pathways around the garden that led to 2 new patio areas we created. The main patio area incorporated existing porcelain slabs supplied by client to match the clients design.

Around the border of the patios and paths a charcoal block paver edging was laid to complete the finish.

Great clients once again and a really nice garden to have had the chance to work on.

Catching up on some work from earlier this year. This was completed in February/March.

We laid a new patio are and alley using ‘Florence Storm’ 600mm X 600mm porcelain slabs and Steel Grey’ porcelain setts to complete the curve edging. Both supplied by London Stone.

We built new raised rendered blockwork beds and laid new ‘Playpark’ range artificial grass supplied by Artificial Grass London.

We then finished by adding redwood timber battening cladding onto the existing extension brickwork for a modern finish.

Rendered beds were left to be painted as well as the worktop to be installed on new storage/BBQ area created.

Brilliant clients and a pleasure to help transform their garden.

Recently completed brick steps and patio area in St Magarets ✅

We used Autumn brown sandstone for the steps and patio area supplied by

We used Freshfield Lane red multi bricks to best match the existing brickwork on the house extension.

The 3 new steps replaced two previous large decking steps which made for an uncomfortable walk.

The new patio area has given the client an area to place new garden furniture and enjoy the sun ☀️

Great clients and a very enjoyable job.

Catching up on the end of last year. We completed the hard landscaping aspects of this garden in December.

The design featured two main patio areas linked together.

In the first patio area, we re laid existing mint sandstone slabs after jet washing them.

The second patio was made using red clay pavers in a herringbone pattern.

The borders to both patios and the pathway were laid using sawn sandstone edging.

We also completed the horizontal batten fencing to finish.

The garden lighting and planting was all that was left to be completed.

The first job of the year completed back in the first week of January. 🥶

The previous raised deck had rotted and the structure had to be removed and replaced as well as the rotten decking boards.

The client wanted anti slip decking boards, so we used decking boards.

We matched the previous 45-degree angle for the decking boards.

We and the client were really pleased with how this one turned out after using anti slip timber decking boards for the first time.

Some smaller paving projects over the last couple of months.

In the first garden we laid a small paving area using mixed yellow and red clay pavers. We also installed a recessed manhole cover.

Returning to a garden we had already worked on earlier in the year, the second set of photos shows a small Autumn Brown sandstone area we laid for a bin shed to sit on.

The last garden we created a patio area where there wasn’t one before to give the client an outdoor space to enjoy. We used Marshall’s Buff riven concrete slabs.

Catching up on some more work from September.

The decking had rotted over many years on this 4th floor apartment balcony.

The area had become dangerous and was in urgent need of repair.

We replaced the old deckboards with new thicker treated timber boards, treating them twice more before installing them on the steel frame.

Catching up on work completed over the last couple of months.

Back in early September we completed this large natural blend sandstone area.

Fairly straightforward work, with the side passage and back patio areas laid. Two recessed manhole covers completed the paving.

Some nice colour variation in this pack, and a nice improvement for the client.
