Stumbled across an installation i did a few years back, this is a large 2 bed 2 bathroom property with a kitchen & utility room in Exhibition Rd SW7

Due to a old 15mm rising mains could feed entering the property I installed a Grundfos Home boost 180L tank:

The plumbing consists of:

Vaillant 635Kw system gas boiler.

S plan plus heating configuration allowing independent heat in 2 zones with additional thermostatic radiator valves.

200L horizontal indirect hot water cylinder, with a secondary return so hot water is instantly hot whenever a hot tap is opened.

Direct supply to the kitchen cold water tap & garden irrigation system.

Soften hot/cold water to all other outlets.

From taps changes to complete house installations!

Removed a galvanised storage tank & hot water cylinder, these old installs are difficult to remove due to minimum access to pipework.

Replaced with a 30LTR wall mounted unvented high pressure smart cylinder.

This unit is designed for domestic & commercial use ie: restaurant toilets.

Kudos to Grandson Callum for giving up his time during school half term & getting stuck in!

Not only is he getting ahead of the game, he will hopefully complete his portfolio before its required for him to get an apprenticeship at stage two level.

In short he should qualify without doing his stage three because on his on the road experience.

A no fuss installation completed in one day without unnecessary breakage or inconvenience.

50yr old gas back boiler & fire removed from catchment space, hot water cylinder removed from airing cupboard.

30kw Vaillant combination boiler fitted in kitchen cupboard on other side of flat... new pipes run behind lower units & appliances.

Everything made good, no remedial works required by a third party.

4 days to complete including Powerflush.

10yrs manufacturers gaurantee on boiler 3yrs on workmanship!

The old open flue boiler was band G # rated now its an efficient band A.
