Our longest standing garden we have been looking after since the inception of Farm Lane Landscaping. Back when we/ I were Farm Lane Gardeners. Our wings have spread a little further but we will always keep coming back here.

A total treat of a garden to looks after and ever developing. We have a few restorative works to do this year on the camellias and climbing roses. To help take a few years off the old place. Back to school hair cut if you like.

Cloud hedge pruning at one of our new gardens in Battersea.

Tying Taxus b. stem together allowing the plants to hug the Pyrus c. All in the name bring the trees down in to the garden as the topiary heads up!

Our Azujelo garden 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️ - A design and build from July last year.

A simple design reflection of 2 beautiful Azujelo panels in the garden on the initial site visit. In no way a Portuguese garden, but little nods to the cool of the blue and white in the planting scheme, the ease of maintenance of a gravel garden. A garden to enjoy!

Yorkstone has been used to create a simple pathway to the outhouse with minimal fuss or mortar needed. We reused the deckboard to make a more gentle step in to the planting area. All in all creating a simpler build programme too.

The combination of a little london garden, a fab brief and a lovely client. One we really enjoyed making last summer 🌱 🐦 🦋 🐝 🌱

Our little sunken garden between Angel and Old Street has had its first summer. A green oasis from inside, a selection of plants to give a lush green feeling and call to the temperate jungles of the east asia.

A real joy to complete and one that will only get better with time.

Autumn is in London 🍂 the briefest of seasons.

In Leyton our garden designed by is looking very daper with big a woooosh too. In its 2nd summer its filled out nicely. The hard landsdaping is now softening into the garden with the planting bluring the clean lines.

Abe, Caspar and the rest of the garden team have looked after it wonderfully since it was planted. On to many more years as we watch it develop.

Our garden in Hampstead is now all planted up and looking splendid in the September sunshine.

It over looks an orchard behind the garden, so spring blossom was a must to bring some of the orchard in to the garden! Some simple lighting will be doing the same job too.

We will be gently nuturing the garden through its first year to get everything established before loosening the reigns.

The water bowl had a salt rub and bath yesterday and today and the colour has come up super quickly 🍊

A very satisfying lawn install today in Hampstead today.

Key views have been taken from the house to help with the setting out. Minimsing cuts and wastage of turf. A little flexibilty has helped here.

We have also isntalled a deep banked gully to deal with excess water washing the soils around from the planting beds. And look at crisp shadow too!

All ready for a Thursday finish 👊
