I spent decades building certainty.
Knowing what I was good at.
Feeling comfortable in my professional identity.
And somehow…
starting over has taught me more than success ever did.
There’s something deeply humbling about becoming a beginner again.
But maybe growth has always lived there.
In the uncomfortable places.
The places where we don’t know what we’re doing yet.
And still choose to keep going.
