A night job completed by one of our engineers yesterday night to completed in a slotted time due to the nature of works and staff within the building. Well done to our engineer for completing this removing old pipework and re-running all new pipework below the floor up to the sink trap. Customer is very pleased with the works carried out.

A morning job for 2 of our PASMA trained engineers for erecting tower scaffold to access high level pipework which is badly corroded and replace 2 joints to allow above toilets and hand basins to work again without causing leaks into a Stockroom. Our engineers successfully completed this task and gained us a further contract to carry out their PPM’s and Maintenance 👌🏽

Called out to a bus garage this afternoon as staff advised of blocked toilets. Our engineer found the Large Saniflo was blocked and not pumping. He cleaned this completely Re-instated and secured and tested to find the toilets now free flowing. Great Job 👌🏽

Any Contractors or business owners in the Plumbing & Drainage Business. Be aware and check your phone calls there is an Asian company called Professionals Immediately trying to get Contractors to do jobs for them to give the contractors extra work and are scamming the hell outa people. Just had the phone call and had to shut them down 🙈 trying to charge someone £100 call out fee and then £120 per hour or £300-400 fixed.
I cannot justify that at all. That’s a disgusting rate to try and charge someone.

Called out by a Facilities Management to attend for overflowing drains. When we arrived on site we found a manhole in the carpark overflowing. Our engineer used High Pressure Jetting Equipment to jet downstream to clear this blockage. He then found the downstream manhole and carried out the same process upstream.
Once complete a full Wincan CCTV survey with a drawing was carried out to ensure is completely clear and clean. Great job

Called out to customer property as she explained she keeps getting a blocked sink.
Upon attendance our engineer found the waste pipe to the kitchen sink sagging.
He cut the pipe to find mass Fat & Grease within and immediately cleaned.
Once clean he reconnected new section of pipework with new brackets and tested the sink is free flowing.
Great job. Another happy customer.

Job in this-morning which our out of hours engineer attended for blocked toilets in a betting shop. Our engineer soon found the branch for the toilet in the manhole was badly blocked. He cleared this branch and went on to carry out a Dye test of the toilet to ensure it is now free flowing with no issues. Customer was extremely happy with the response if the job and completion very well done 👌🏽

A new customer reached out to our services today for a store she works at in Deal. Finding us on one of our engineers attended the job and promptly rectified their blockage allowing them to continue trading for the day. This was cleared and also dye tested to ensure the toilet is flowing freely through the line to the interceptor. Great job. The customer is very happy 👌🏼
