Clients specifications were for an internal pool, large garage attached to the house to hold an absolute fantastic car collection. HVAC system installed in pool area, controlled temperatures in the garage with fire suppression systems managing fire control measures.

After an extensive time off concentrating on 1 specific client, and relocating to the south west, Kingscraft are returning to tender again, with a new fresh vibe, adhering to all new legislations and offering our clients the best possible service. Progress on our 2x4 bedroom townhouses... 2nd fix stage approaching.

New town houses project started on the 10th October. Foundation dug for both houses. Foundation poured, tassle wall built and concrete slab set... very entailed because of the height differences on the houses, but achieved with ease by our professional surveying team... already 7 days in front of the program. Watch this space guys.

All now finished except from the carpet fit to the stairs! It's been a long slog, but I think we've achieved a fantastic finish.. Extremely proud of Kingscraft Building services....onwards and upwards...

Start of our final phase of the 3 flat contract.... Viewings on Saturday 9th July .... Guys have worked hard and to spec, with fantastic finish allowed for....houses to follow...
