This one turned out great for our lovely clients.

There was a massive amount of work put into this project. A tree in the neighbouring garden mean to we have to dig trench foundations of 3.5m deep 🥵

The original structural design specified piled foundations but following soil investigation they were ruled out.

A tight site meant that we had to dig a lot of the foundations by hand 💪🏻

Despite the original set backs we think it turned out well.

Back of the net!

Planning granted for another 5 unit development.

Initially refused at application stage, we took it to appeal and won.

Great result for us and well done to all the team who helped on this one.

Here’s a 3D render of what the rear will look like.

The existing house will be converted from 1 house into multiple dwellings.

Extensions to basement, rear, and loft, plus internal remodel will create 5 new flats.
1 x 3 bed
1 x 2 bed
3 x 1 bed

We are at final design stage now and will be starting this one very soon.

Looking forward to getting stuck into this one!
