Latitude House: From Vision to Reality

We’re proud to share the journey of Latitude House, a three-story office development located on Harmony Way in London, a project that exemplifies our approach to urban renewal and contemporary design.

What began as a conceptual response to a vacant site has now become a fully realized workspace. The building reflects a harmonious integration with its surroundings, brought to life through a carefully curated material palette, including Parklex timber façades and double-glazed aluminum curtain walls.

Beyond its architectural form, Latitude House embodies our core values:

Positive New Planning Regulations that will be introduced on the 1st of August

Finally some good news in regards to the easing of planning regulations. From the 1st of August this year a secondary retail unit, can be converted to a residential flat and a detached purpose built block of flats can add two floors of flats all under Permitted Development. There are obviously terms and conditions attached such as Transport or design which must be considered carefully as part of your proposed Prior approval application.
