base is where replaced due to rotted timber all new timber treated and replaced/repainted window frames sealed with my mastic. All windows cleaned once job completed

Great outcome to this property, which has been fully repointed back in a natural lime mortar and brickcleaned

The Property old cement mortar was fully raked out using dust extractor hoover
With power tool and hand tools

Any damage spalled bricks where change amount 15 bricks replacement

Brick surface had a Natural brickclean soft wash with a water down chemical to make surehin there is no damage to the surface of bricks
No aggressive brick cleaning

Woodwork filled sand painted. Satin finish

Great outcome property was restored the cement render was fully removed using hand tools carefully.

The side facade was carefully cleaned using sanding disc and was fully repointed using lime mortor. The front facade Brick Slips applied to achieve brick building look. Fully pointed in a penny roll style, there was movement within the building which heli bar was applied.

Around the front entrance has been tuck pointed using mature lime putty.The top extension was also cleaned and repointed to look uniform.

In whole the project took around 14 weeks to complete.
