prepwork 60% old paint removed detailed stonework all windows sill
Masonry filler /sanded it smooth
primer paint undercoated

stitching required, which helps prevent any fervor movement in the building
all old cement, motor raked out using dust extractor system hoover
Fully repointed in lime mortar flush style finish mortar colour tone match clients choose
inside poch and reveals around entrance

all damage spalled bricks replacement total 130 od bricks
where needed
base is where replaced due to rotted timber all new timber treated and replaced/repainted window frames sealed with my mastic. All windows cleaned once job completed
bricks cleaned fully repointed railings/gate restored refitted
Tidy job end off works paving communal path street neighbours fully cleaned
