The parapet wall of the roof has been re-rendered, and the chimney has been fully repointed with a lime mortar, incorporating a substantial amount of aggregate into the mix.

All coping stones, complete with drip lines, have been reinstated and fully replaced along the gable and parapet wall.

A new felt roof has been installed, and a new skylight window has been fitted.

Lead flashing has been sealed to prevent any potential water ingress.

Fully completed This rear facade features an existing extension with a skylight roof, necessitating careful ex*****on of work performed above the glass.

The building underwent a comprehensive paint stripping process to remove paint from the brickwork, followed by thorough cleaning of all cement. Deteriorated mortar was meticulously raked out and subsequently repointed with lime mortar, incorporating a minor aggregate into the mixture.

Window sills were entirely replaced with new concrete units. The previous window sills were in a precarious state, posing a significant safety hazard.

All decorative elements were meticulously filled, sanded, painted, and sealed with waterproof mastic.

Gutters and downpipes were fully restored through the application of a durable plastic outdoor spray paint.

Any damage spalled bricks where change amount 15 bricks replacement

Brick surface had a Natural brickclean soft wash with a water down chemical to make surehin there is no damage to the surface of bricks
No aggressive brick cleaning

Great outcome property was restored the cement render was fully removed using hand tools carefully.

The side facade was carefully cleaned using sanding disc and was fully repointed using lime mortor. The front facade Brick Slips applied to achieve brick building look. Fully pointed in a penny roll style, there was movement within the building which heli bar was applied.

Around the front entrance has been tuck pointed using mature lime putty.The top extension was also cleaned and repointed to look uniform.

In whole the project took around 14 weeks to complete.
