Lovely collaboration!Happy with this needed update! The old bathroom had been installed with the waterproof boarding, which are great when they first go in but over the years the silicone starts to perish and the water gets in underneath and starts to soak into the ply and luckily we caught it in time before it went into the flats below!
We first secured the rotten floor below and put another layer of ply on top to really strengthen it up. Then building a new base for the shower tray and installing tile backer boards everywhere ready for tiling.

The customer was struggling to use his old oven as he couldn’t bend down easily, so we installed a eye level oven to stop all that bending over. It’s lovely to be able to plan supply and install! Please excuse the washing up he was just so happy to get a lovely new kitchen
