WESTMINSTER - Listed Townhouse Full Renovation
A considered full renovation and remodelling of a Grade II listed townhouse in Marylebone, this project carefully balances heritage restoration with contemporary living. Original proportions, joinery and period details have been retained and refined, while the layout has been subtly reworked to improve flow, light and everyday functionality. FLUTED OAK BALUSTRADE.
At our recently completed maisonette renovation in Islington, the centrepiece of the entrance is a "fluted" Oak balustrade to the new staircase. The excellent team at three build executed this perfectly integrating the balustrade fluting design with the storage underneath, giving a sense of rhythm and energy to the entrance hall which juxtaposes beautifully against the calming material choices throughout the rest of the property.

NEW PROJECT
My architect were recently appointed to complete this beautiful kitchen extension and renovation. It's amazing how simple it is to create a wonderful space when you focus on the basics and do them really well. We haven't gone overboard with unusual detailing other than the exposed beam in the ceiling. Everything else was fairly straightforward.
The bold palliative colours and materials juxtaposed against the traditional Victorian space and architecture brings this project together seamlessly.

Here's a sneak peek from our recently completed ground floor maisonette extension and refurbishment in Highbury. My architect were appointed over a year ago for full architectural services to oversee this beautifully executed contemporary flat renovation.

The material palette and products were carefully selected by our client and fitted with exacting detail by the fantastic team at three build.
