k with receives top-quality support and guidance. All our community initiative staff are qualified Teachers, Mentors and Coaches and have met or exceeded all health and safety guidelines. At A1 TRIBE, young people, children and adults will participate in developmentally-appropriate activities throughout the contacts we have with them, such as:

At A1TRIBE we are passionate about reducing the loss of productivity in the workplace and with children
A coach and mentor is a specially trained person who spends time helping someone. They can help reduce work disruption that course sickness and time away from work which can lead to greater costs. Sudden resignations with immediate effect or after long term sickness which can again lead to higher cost.

They can help a young person and teenager with things like:
• doing better at school
• coping with bullying
• realising their potential
Sometimes this personal help can be more effective than sending a young person on a large facility. A coach/mentoring programme doesn’t usually have a set time limit - a young person or teenager can be coached and mentored for as long or short as is helpful. Types of conditions

There are 2 kinds of exclusion - can be fixed period (suspended) and permanent (expelled). Fixed period exclusion
A fixed period exclusion is where your child is temporarily removed from school. They can only be removed for up to 45 school days in 1 school year. If a child has been excluded for a fixed period, schools should set and mark work for the first 5 school days. If the exclusion is longer than 5 school days, the school must arrange full-time education from the 6th school day. Permanent exclusion
Permanent exclusion means your child is expelled. The local council must arrange full-time education from the 6th school day. Alternative education and exclusion
The school must tell you about any alternative education they or the local council arrange. It’s your responsibility to make sure your child attends. Contact the school (for fixed period exclusions) or the local council (for permanent exclusions) if they haven’t arranged anything after 5 days, or if you have a complaint about the education. You can complain to the Department for Education (DfE) if you’re not happy with their response. Sandra Rigobert
