As we enter 2026, we are incredibly proud to reflect on a year of completed projects, community initiatives, and ongoing work at JRA.
With over 30 years of leadership in sustainable design and architectural innovation, we remain committed to preserving the best of the past while building a sustainable future.
This commitment is demonstrated through projects such as One Great St Helen’s, 60 Threadneedle Street, and ExCeL London, all completed last year.
2026 will also see the completion of several key projects, including 20 Gresham Street, a premium office building in the City of London; Daniel House, a Grade II-listed 1928 Art Deco building on Fleet Street that unites the former Daily Telegraph Building with Mersey House; and Peterborough Court, at 133 Fleet Street, and Tooley Street, a central London office renovation project.
Work also continues at St George’s Street, a deep-retrofit office building with a two-storey extension in Mayfair showcasing innovative timber construction techniques, while construction begins at 10 Salisbury Square, which will deliver the transformation of a 52,500 sq ft Grade A office space at the heart of the City’s emerging Justice Quarter, sustaining our momentum into the year ahead.
By prioritising the urban fabric of our cities and contributing sensitively to their context, JRA continues to evolve, shaping cities and communities through considered, impactful design.
