Working within a Grade II listed home, we carefully brought together the building’s historic exterior with a more modern way of living.
The client’s art collection shapes most of the layout and joinery, carried across every floor. On the ground floor, a Welsh dresser finished in Paint and Paper Library’s ‘Deep Green’ introduces a more traditional note to the kitchen-dining space, with shaker-style doors, cornice detailing, an antique silver mirror, glass shelving, and recessed LED lighting set into a stepped stone countertop.
Upstairs, spray-painted joinery with elegant handles continues through the bedrooms, alongside refinished floors and an integrated AC system. The guest bathroom pairs a basin with a mixer tap, a silver low-iron mirror, and a painted vanity with soft-close drawers, with lighting on either side.
A home where each room is shaped around how it’s used, while still feeling connected as a whole.
