It gives me great honour and pride to say that I have been invited to a Luncheon by RT Hon Sir John Whittingdale OBE MP, on behalf of Maldon Industrial Consultative Council. I had the pleasure of visiting the Houses of Parliament for this exquisite event which has certainly left a memorable mark on me. I would like o express my deepest gratitude for the invitation and to all those involved in organising and ensuring the smooth run of the lunch. Amidst a room full of professionals, MPs, and Ministers of Parliment it was very valuable to have my voice heard and ackowledged in regards to trends in hospitality sector. This is a path that I set out on many years ago and my younger self would have never imagined receiving such a special invitation. Here’s to many more.

It is always good to be back in Ankara and I am very grateful for the invitation to be here.

I want to start by extending a huge thanks to President of International Federation of Interior Architects ,also President of Interior Architects of Turkey , Mr Emrah Kaymak for a really informative and groundbreaking meeting.

His work on Interior Architecture demonstrated to me the best of what interior designers can do around the world. It is captivating to witness the outcome when people forge future pathways together. I can not wait to work with Mr Kaymak on our future projects

It has been such a busy month but we are not complaining. Here at Parallax, we enjoy the fast pace nature of our design world. It keeps us on our toes and there is always a positive buzz around the work that we do. We are lost for words so let’s just reveal…the opening of Parallax Metal & Wood workshop in this city.

Throwing back to our stylish salad bar design
Designing a salad bar is one thing, but we wanted to go a step further with the concepting, branding, design and experience for this project to create something totally unexpected – the result was . We started working with the team behind ZEST in the beginning of 2017, and from naming and concept to ex*****on it’s been an incredible journey.
Zest Loughton - Completed in 2018
Zest South Woodford - Completed in 2019

Having already established their successful cafes around London & Essex, ‘MOLENS’ family approached us to help with the launch of their fast-casual concept in the UK.
