Halfway through WOW!house and The Parlour has been alive with conversation, curiosity and discovery.

Watching visitors move through the space is exactly what we hoped for: pausing at hidden vignettes, tracing the layers of drapery, noticing new details with each step. The room reveals itself slowly, and you have all taken the time to look.

The Parlour offers a rare glimpse into a design language typically experienced by our private clients with whom confidentiality is paramount.

Materiality plays a vital role in shaping atmosphere. Dedar fabrics introduce softness, movement and a subtle sense of fluidity, enriching the experience of the space through texture as much as form.

Through tonal layering and tactile contrast, matte against sheen, density against transparency, the palette creates depth while remaining quietly restrained.

The Parlour was conceived as a response to the immediacy and visual saturation of contemporary life, the room rejects the idea of a single focal point. Instead, it unfolds as a sequence of layered moments, inviting visitors to move through the space and experience it slowly.

Ideas begin long before a space is realised.

Tomorrow we open the doors to The Parlour, as we see the space come to life it is incredible to look back at the sketches, materials, proportions and objects that have been gradually refined and developed to create the atmosphere and language of our WOW!house room.
