Another planning win in the bag!

A prominent corner in Forest Gate transformed through sensitive residential intensification — robust form, arched openings, rich materiality, and a stronger presence in its Victorian streetscape.

The scheme adds 40% more floor area along with an additional dwelling unit. Another small London site, working much harder.

The planners were a dream to work with.....

We’ve just secured approval for a carefully designed two-storey home on a constrained 540 sq m backland plot — showing how overlooked urban sites can deliver high-quality new housing.

Recent massing studies for a residential scheme in Grays.

Three options exploring varying densities across the site, with contemporary homes ranging from 140 to 250 sqm each, arranged to maximise open, uninterrupted views.

The proposals respond to the site’s edge-of-settlement condition, mediating between the existing built form and the surrounding landscape.
