another busy week and a bit of a transformation. All the first fix electrics are completed, 3 sets bifolds are in, first fix plumbing 95 % done, 125m2 of Screeding done and all the ceiling’s have been plaster boarded. Job will really change over next few weeks. Dot dabbing starting next week which will really make a change.

Flat roof has been felted. Pitched roofs are all battened and slates have started to go on. Windows and doors are ordered. Last of the steel has been fitted. Started fitting all back boxes up stairs so we don’t miss anything. Soak away has been dug. Couple of weeks time this will be a different site.

Big A frame and cantilever was installed yesterday.

The customer has moved out and let us go at the property. Safe to say we have had a good go at it. Some more steels have been fitted, a few walls have been removed and taken most of the existing roof off. Time to enjoy the weekend and back to it on Monday morning.

End of another week and a busy day it was on site. Walls started going up in one of the areas. Walls taken up to damp course level on another. Started to prepare for the removal of walls and steels being fitted. Have a great weekend everybody

Walls up to damp course height. Three floors done with block and beam. One to go.
