Quick tip that saves hours (and massive headaches) 😎

When retrofitting or quoting door entry or access control, ask this one question before you leave site:

"What happens if the power fails or the system goes offline?"

Most people say "nothing" or "we'll just use keys"… then realise:

• Electric locks stay locked (or unlocked)
• No manual override on some models
• Residents or staff locked out in an emergency
• Fire officer or insurance flags it

Simple fixes that stop disasters:
• Fail-safe vs fail-secure lock choice
• Battery backup on critical parts
• Manual key override or exit button plan
• Documented emergency procedures

Ask it early and save massive headaches later.

Photos beat vague descriptions every time.

- Photos of the unit + plus connections
- Exact fault? (dead? intermittent? audio?)
