Ferrings: Our renovation and remodel of a home on a mid-century estate originally designed by Austin Vernon & Partners in 1962.

Whilst conforming to the appearance of the estate, the former garage is filled with light for it’s new life as a studio or secondary living space. The new brick wall is built with perforations for more light to enter the space, whilst also being raised off the ground, providing a light weight appearance to what was once a visually solid and heavy mass.
