One of those jobs…
This was previously fitted by someone using wall tiles on top of plasterboard and multi finish to fill the gaps. 🤔 I wonder why it cracked, leaked and destroyed the timber frame. Luckily the floor joists weren’t too badly damaged.

A few alterations for in bookham. An office area was created from an awkward space by building a stud wall, plasterboarding and plastering it then finally painting it the matching colour as the existing wall for a seamless join. Not always easy to blend these kind of walls together but a little bit of extra work makes it look natural. Fitting the door finishes it nicely! 👍 Also had to hide some pipes behind the hair washing stations with a box that can be removed to get access to the plumbing.

Completed boxing with access panel for the incoming water mains and central heating draining point. The client asked me to design, build and paint it. Turned out nice and neat and causes minimal obstruction into the doorway. I also had to box in the water pipe in front of the doorway and managed to customise a plastic conduit to suit.
