Are you an experienced construction professional who can lead from the front? Prestige Build is looking for a versatile Working Site Manager to oversee our premium residential projects in London.
This isn't just a "clipboard" role. We need a leader who is happy to be on-site, get physically involved when needed, and ensure our high standards are met every single day.
📅 START DATE: Flexible for the right candidate (Immediate starts available).
🖲️ LOCATION: North, South, Central London, UK
What the Role Involves:
- Site Ownership: Running the day-to-day operations of high-end residential sites.
- Client Liaison: Acting as the face of the company, communicating professionally with clients and architects.
- Team Management: Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring everyone is on track.
What We Need From You:
✅ Experience: Proven track record in residential construction with the ability to run a job solo.
✅ Communication: Fluent English is a must; excellent interpersonal skills are vital for client management. (Speaking Polish is a significant plus!).
✅ Digital Literacy: Comfortable using computers and software for site management.
✅ Compliance: Must be CIS Registered, have a valid DBS Check, and Public Liability Insurance.
✅ Attributes: Highly organised and committed to a drug/alcohol-free workplace.
