“I had the unenviable task of finding trustworthy tradespeople for my elderly parents, who needed both a new patio and a new driveway. Unfortunately, they had previously been taken advantage of by unscrupulous contractors, so it was incredibly important to me that this experience was very different. Thankfully, I’m delighted to say that Diamond Driveways exceeded all expectations.
From start to finish, Jonathan kept me fully informed and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Cosmin and his team were exemplary — hardworking, professional, and clearly passionate about the quality of their work. They worked methodically, paid close attention to detail, and always left the site tidy at the end of each day, which was genuinely appreciated.
What stood out most was Cosmin’s attitude toward challenges. Rather than seeing difficult access issues as problems, he treated them as something to solve, and he consistently found practical, resourceful solutions. The finished patio is outstanding, especially considering the obstacles they had to overcome along the way.
The driveway team, led by George and Dan, were equally impressive. Their workmanship, professionalism, and work ethic were evident throughout, and the final result has surpassed our expectations.
Beyond the quality of the work itself, both teams were an absolute pleasure to deal with — friendly, respectful, and reliable. That makes a huge difference when having major work carried out at your home.
