After and before of this calming bathroom transformation in W10. Our clients were looking for more storage, and a more serene bathroom. We changed the layout to move the sink to the same side as the loo, with a lot of discreet storage and better lighting. The result is fabulous. Another happy client and another amazing transformation. This was a dark and dirty flat, not taken care of by the tenants. We replaced the carpet with laminated wood floors, changed only part of the kitchen, replaced the full bathroom and freshened up the paint throughout. The result is a bright clean and very comfortable flat, ready to be rented out to higher quality tenants.

Sometimes your wooden floor just needs a sand and varnish to freshen up the entire room. We are refinishing the wooden floors as part of a larger project for our Australian clients who have a property in Fitzrovia. We keep them informed of the progress through WhatsApp videos and photos.
