Hip end roof completed last week by the team.

New sandtoft smooth brown plain tiles have been installed onto this roof whilst also upgrading the insulation system in the loft space and between the rafters.

4 properties completely re-roofed finished by the team earlier on this week🔨

The old failing roofs completely replaced with new felt, batten and single pan tiles installed. New lead around each chimney stack aswell as repointing/ flaunching where it was needed. We, also ensured 300mm insulation is on each property and completed all works with dry systems.

Flat roof project completed at the beginning of this year. The first roof is a two layer system and overlay on the previous roof, finished with ubiflex cover flashing into the wall.

The second roof was installed with a 3 layer felt system consisting of a tack down layer, 3ml and 4ml cap sheet.

Both roofs installed for performance purposes and to secure the integrity of the buildings for the forseeable future.

What a turn around from the team this week💪🏼 3 days for this hip ender roof to be completed✅

We removed all of the existing roof including fascia and the guttering. We then installed brand new fascia and gutter with eve trays tge whole way round as well as new insulation for the loft✅

Leaving us to complete the tiling works which has lead to the finished product✅

Flat roof and dorma repair in Hampstead done today✅

Old failed flat roof which had major water ingress, we had to strip all previous works done on both the dormer and flat roof.

We then replaced this with a nice new three layer felt system✅ whilst also upgrading the tiles and installing a lead fascia💪🏼

Full re roof completed in Ealing at the beginning of this week✅

This hands on roof consisted of stripping the old knackered cool tray tiles off and installing a brand new 49 tile roof.

We have also insulated between the rafters on this one due to the clients desires which we aim to always execute and exceed💪🏼

Lovely bit of Sunday work for the team out in Greenwich this weekend💪🏼

Our poor customer had been left with a failing box gutter causing water ingress which lead to damp and mould all over the ceiling of this property.

Me and my team stripped the old felt system away and re installed a lovely new three layer felt system box gutter✅
