Just visited the newly completed Presidential Palace of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus—a striking embodiment of statehood, pride, and forward vision. The architecture is a powerful blend of classical order and modern restraint, with monumental volumes and a masterfully planned complex that radiates institutional dignity and national confidence.

Commissioned by the TRNC government and constructed by Türkiye’s TOKİ, the palace was built not just as a seat of executive power, but as a lasting symbol of Turkish Cypriot sovereignty and cultural resilience. Designed to host presidential offices, high-level state functions, and ceremonial events, it anchors the government’s administrative presence in a setting of both gravitas and grace.

This landmark project directly supports President Ersin Tatar’s Vision 2030—a strategy for national development, diplomatic engagement, and regional integration within the Turkic world. It was an honour and a true pleasure to meet President Tatar during the visit and to witness firsthand the leadership and ambition that brought this vision to life.
