Looking back at a design we are currently developing for a two-storey family dwelling in County Armagh. The proposed material palette includes black charred timber cladding, natural stone, and a standing-seam metal roof.

Together, these materials create a contemporary yet restrained architecture that responds sensitively to the surrounding landscape, allowing the building to sit comfortably within its rural context.

Pleased to share sectional CGI visuals from our recently approved rear extension project in Greenwich. With planning now granted, we’re moving into the build phase.

The design features an increased ceiling height in the newly extended kitchen area, full-height sliding doors, generous glazing throughout, and a green roof to enhance natural light and sustainability.

Exciting Project in the Works! 🏡✨
We’re exploring early design ideas for a new two-bedroom, two-storey home tucked into the side garden of an existing end-of-terrace house. These pre-application sketches focus on creating a space that’s in keeping with the street, maximising light, and ensuring privacy for neighbours.

Some updated images on our current commercial project that we are working on in collaboration with K-ARC architecture studio in Upminster, London.

We are proposing to demolish an existing mixed used building on the corner plot and replace with 6 apartments and a roof terrace. The project is still going through the planning stage with Havering Council London.
