Finally got the roof and leadwork all finished.

Top roof out today with a treat to myself with a weather vane in cast iron.

Made a Nordic beam to hang a swing bench off. Just gotta stain it.

Hung festoon lights of internal rafters for illumination.

Just got a table to design and build for dinning/ entertaining pod on right hand side to complete.

Then dress it with some meaningful accessories to create a peaceful space to just chill out.

Been a very rewarding home project for me to rehabilitate on whilst I'm recovering.
So had time on my hands to play with my toy's!
Just got to ridge out now and complete lead work on hips.
60 cover capping bonnets to shape.
Be a challenge at my age, not a young pup anymore.
Bonnets on 2 hips today, with copper nail detail.

A bit Benny Hill!
X 2 speed video of new 3m x 1.2m workbench fold down garage space saver.

Needed a new workbench in the garage that wouldn't take up space and without a lot of putting together every time i needed a bench.
I Needed it there when I wanted it quickly and out the way when not required.

So I came up with this winch pulley idea which pulls the workbench up from the opposite side with a 4mm wire cable on pulley wheel guides .
Which work quite well.

New nursery bedroom.

Done this earlier on in the year for my daughter and future grandchild but didn't finish it until all was well.

Loved doing this for my daughter and new granddaughter "Polly" .

New panelling to walls, new IKEA wardrobes with custom end panel to blend them together.

Fantastic wee bear handles on the doors with vinyl stencils for the walls chosen Rhianne Pearson and applied by Dad.

Can't beat a good love job!
