A signature fusion dish that brings together Mexican-American birria tacos with the rich flavours of Lucknowi cooking. The lamb is marinated overnight in Awadhi spices, slow-cooked for hours until tender, then packed into crispy corn tortillas and served with their house birria consommé for dipping.

Say hello to our newest member, . An Indo-American gastro pub bringing together Indian street food, American comfort food, and years of culinary experience into one seriously exciting menu.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Jason and Anshula, The Gullyhound is built on flavour, heritage, travel, and cooking everything from scratch. From slow-cooked Lamb Birria Tacos infused with Lucknawi spices to Chilli Cheese Arancini served with homemade green chutney, every dish tells a story of cultures colliding in the best possible way.

This is fusion done properly. Thoughtful recipes, bold spices, and food made with heart ❤️
