The team and I enjoyed working on this project.

The site is a really narrow (only 4.2m wide) and sloping site that previously housed a dilapidated single car garage. But, we managed to replace the garage and deliver a 3 bedroom house that not only provides a stunning home for our client and his family, but is completely self-sustaining, generating its own energy (electricity from the sun, heat from the ground), filters rainwater, sells surplus energy to the grid, and has a well landscaped rear garden where they can grow their own food!
