NYC 255 -

43 Bleecker Street — a century-old NoHo landmark, reimagined. Rigby & Rigby’s architecture, interior design, and creative studios worked in close collaboration to bring Caedes Group’s vision to life: restoring the Classical Revival façade, crafting interiors that balance raw industrial character with considered contemporary detail, and developing a bespoke brand identity that runs through every touchpoint of the building. One building, three disciplines, a single coherent vision. Completing early 2027.

FIFTY FIFTY -

The brief for Fifty Fifty, an XR-41 racing boat, was to create a bold visual identity inspired by the name’s origins - a playful response to the question “Is this safe?” with the knowingly mischievous answer, “Fifty-fifty.” Drawn from the culture of high-adrenaline sports, the name captures a mindset that embraces risk, speed, and irreverent confidence. The brand identity therefore needed to express this attitude: part daring, part playful, and fully committed to high performance on the water.‍‍

The final logo draws inspiration from the iconography of a boat slicing through water at high speed. The upper “Fifty” represents the vessel itself, while the mirrored lower half reflects its image on the water’s surface. A condensed, bold typeface conveys confidence and power, and the forward-leaning slant introduces a sense of propulsion and momentum. The mirrored form subtly evokes an arrow in motion, while the reflection hints at the streaking speed lines of vintage racing posters. Rounded edges, smooth curves, and finely engineered letter joints add precision and aerodynamic elegance. Altogether, the logo embodies a personality that is slick, rebellious, bold, and fast—perfectly aligned with the ethos of Fifty Fifty.

CAEDES GROUP -

The identity for Caedes Group, a luxury property developer owned by the Richmond family, is anchored in a brief that sought to merge heritage, precision, and contemporary refinement. Drawing from the Latin origin of Caedes—a reference to the client’s surname meaning “slaughter”—the logotype uses an elegant, timeless serif with classical proportions, then disrupts it with a deliberate slice. This intervention introduces tension and modernity without sacrificing sophistication. The colour palette takes further inspiration from the brand’s architectural context, adopting soft brown-grey tones reminiscent of concrete, stone, and the muted materiality of high-end developments.

The sliced serif detail evolved into a core visual motif, informing both static and motion elements within the identity. Most notably, it became the foundation for the animated logomark, where the intersecting cuts expand into a dynamic form. The resulting symbol is designed to read simultaneously as a location pin—referencing the physicality of property—and as a set of X, Y, Z axes, alluding to spatial mapping, structure, and the three-dimensional thinking inherent to architectural development. The motion treatment brings clarity to this dual meaning, allowing the mark to assemble with precision and a sense of quiet engineering.

HAZE II -

In collaboration with and we were tasked by a long standing client to design the interior and manage some choice exterior refinements to their second motor yacht Haze II. Whilst an experienced owner, the previous yachting lifestyle had been centred around fairer climates, with his standalone travel taking him further afield, he wanted a yacht that could do the same. The client’s aspirations for the interior were for it to allow for flexibility, create intimate areas and those suitable for entertaining and remote working. The look and feel should fit into and be functional within any environment.

A large focus on detailing was desired with a particular emphasis on ceiling details amongst other things in terms of the design structure, a muted palette was to be set off using colour pops and the subtle use of specialist finishes to create moments of surprise in the design scheme. All in all what was essentially required was a functional interior where the interior detailing could be measured against yachts of a much larger size.

PROJECT 207 -

Set in a discreet yet prominent location in the heart of one of Asia’s busiest cities, a calming, tranquil sanctuary will be discovered away from the bustle of city life. We are taking inspiration from Thailand’s rich heritage whilst also focusing on contemporary Bangkok and its reputation as an ultramodern cityscape. The design concept stems from nature’s influence on modern technologies; form, finish, innovation, evolution. The natural geometric patterns created in permanent hard materials such as diamonds and gypsum will be blended with the fleeting soft organic shapes found in Thailand’s outstanding palace gardens and forests. This fusion of concepts will culminate in a current yet timeless design.

KHAO YAI -

Khao Yai Estate presents a rare opportunity to create thoughtfully designed architecture adjacent to Thailand’s first national park, Khao Yai. Spanning nearly 2,206 square kilometres, this park is a crucial watershed for numerous rivers and a vital habitat for over 350 rare and endangered species, reflecting immense biodiversity.

The project brief calls for a family retreat that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings, with a strong emphasis on re wilding the site to blend harmoniously with the national park. The design includes creating additional watering holes and planting over 100 native trees to promote local biodiversity.

To minimize environmental impact, the architecture is designed to respect established animal routes by elevating the structures above ground, allowing wildlife to move freely beneath. This approach not only ensures a low-impact footprint but also allows each villa to capture specific, framed views of the national park, offering residents and visitors unique experiences and perspectives from every vantage point, the design team at Rigby & Rigby are working towards the highest level of sustainable design possible in this exceptional opportunity based on their recent successes in their ESG criteria.‍

ONLINE PRESENCE-

Rigby & Rigby’s Creative Division has partnered with to craft a distinctive brand identity for P2 Eastpoint, a premium workspace designed to adapt to modern work models. The brand’s signature semicircular shapes extend beyond the logo, forming subtle patterns and elegant frames for text and imagery. To further reinforce its core values, five bespoke icons were created, each derived from the logo’s geometric forms, representing Innovation, Flexibility, Sustainability, Luxury, and Wellness. Photography and film guidelines ensure that all brand visuals, from the website to brochures and social media, feel fresh, natural, and aspirational—combining a crisp, clean aesthetic with an inviting warmth. The overall look and feel should be reminiscent of a moment of calm before the workday begins, like the first cup of coffee before opening your inbox, setting the tone for an environment that is as inspiring as it is functional.

BRANDING P2 EASTPOINT-

Rigby & Rigby’s Creative Division has partnered with to craft a distinctive brand identity for P2 Eastpoint, a premium workspace designed to adapt to modern work models. The brand identity was developed to reflect the balance of a high-performance yet home-away-from-home workspace . At its core is a bold, contemporary logo with wide curves, that echoes the architectural language of the interiors, and embodies both the structure and flexibility of the space itself. To ensure versatility across different formats, a secondary logo lockup and monogram were created, maintaining the brand’s strong yet fluid visual identity. A rich, autumnal color palette—featuring deep rust red, soft latte white, and dark russet brown—enhances the brand’s warm and sophisticated appeal.
