WE ARE 360 HOME SECURITY.
THIS IS HOW WE WORK.
A professional security installation isn't simply about turning up, fitting cameras and leaving.
It's about planning the installation, understanding the building project, communicating with the other trades on site and making sure our work integrates properly with theirs.
This weekend we're beginning the first-fix stage of a CCTV and alarm installation while a major rear extension is still under construction.
That gives us an opportunity.
Rather than running unnecessary cables externally once the property is finished, we're working alongside the building contractors to establish the correct routes now — through the available ceiling and roof structure and other suitable concealed routes before everything is closed, rendered and decorated.
Five structured cable runs are planned:
• Four for the CCTV cameras
• One dedicated network cable for the CCTV monitor using HDMI-over-Cat
We explain where our cables need to go.
We understand where their services need to go.
We consider electrical cabling, plumbing and other building services.
And we make sure everyone knows what needs to remain accessible for our second fix.
The alarm is also being installed in stages. The completed areas of the home can be protected now, while sensors and contacts associated with the new extension can be positioned or completed as construction progresses.
Then we return.
Once the building and rendering work is finished, we carry out our second fix, terminate and test the cabling, install the CCTV equipment, complete the alarm peripherals and configure the finished security system.
First fix. Communication. Coordination. Second fix. Testing. Completion.
That's how we approach a project.
We are 360 Home Security.
This is how we work.
This is how we work alongside other trades.
This is how we complete the job.
