2,500 timber sash windows. The largest heritage window refurbishment projects we’ve undertaken.
We’re now over 800 windows complete, with every window following the same structured process:
* Pre work survey
* Paint removal and preparation
* Detailed condition survey
* Timber repairs using hardwood splices and specialist resin systems where required
* Post-remedial quality survey
* Full external redecoration using a heritage coating system
* Final completion survey
Every window is individually surveyed after preparation, allowing us to identify exactly which timber components require repair. Only the areas that genuinely need attention are repaired or replaced before decoration begins.
From bespoke joinery repairs and resin restoration through to full repainting, every stage is photographed, recorded and quality checked to provide complete transparency throughout the project.
A long way to go, but another milestone reached.
