Hackney Infill House, London

A three-storey single-family infill home developed for a planning application within a conservation area.
The project responds to a constrained urban site where daylight access and overlooking were key challenges. A carefully positioned courtyard brings natural light deep into the ground floor living spaces while maintaining privacy from neighbouring properties.
The proposal delivers a 125 m² GIA home with three bedrooms arranged vertically, including a master bedroom at loft level, and is supported by a sustainable strategy incorporating green roofs and an air source heat pump.
This project is being delivered as a full service commission, covering planning consultancy, design development, and construction assistance.
