Thank you to the lovely Ruby Tandoh for sending me a copy of your new cookbook. My daughter Kaila has already blessed me with some of the delicious dishes. I love the idea behind it in making an accessible book for ordinary people to use. It will serve me well when i’m knackered after work and want something quick and easy to make. Highly reccomended!

I'm at last able to drive again since the untimely and unfortunate accident I had in September 2020 which required me to have surgery on my knee. I have been doing tons of physiotherapy as I work to regain my mobility and get back to as close as full fitness as possible. One silver lining to the injury is that it has afforded me plenty of time to focus on researching a van and it gives me great pleasure to finally announce and unveil the newly purchased (pre-loved) van! I even named it Otis. I bought it in Reading which was the clue. Wink wink!⁣

As you can see, it's smart as a button, it has some nice features, and it drives like a dream.⁣
⁣
My business really needed this vehicle to go up another level and I am so grateful to everyone who has helped make my dream come true. The van will also help me develop more opportunities to offer paid experience to people who want to take their first steps into the horticultural world. ⁣
⁣
The days of being poked by my rake as it’s prodded up in the back seat and squished between open bags of soil in my car are over! I’m still in shock and so warmed by all of the love and support I have received and don’t know if I will ever be able to express how much your generosity has impacted me.
