👟 FOOTFALL 👟

The downstairs neighbours were having issues with the above tenants stomping in the evening in this North London apartment.

After testing the dividing ceiling/floor, the team came to the conclusion that a silent floor system would deal with the neighbours pesky stomping.

What made this job particularly tricky was the shear amount of pipes running through the voids and joists.

Once the work was completed we found the stomping had been reduced massively.

🚗 ROAD NOISE 🚗

This weeks client in Bristol had a property just off a dual carriageway and had major issues with noise travelling through their vaulted ceiling.

Major works were required to reduce the noise issues in the building. The scope included removing the existing ceiling and working within the void to minimise space lost. The works were made trickier as the team had to work around the beautiful exposed beams.

On completion of the works no road noise could be heard and the client was left for the first time with a quiet home.
