‼️Groundwork repairs on site in Newbuildings‼️

- Concrete pathway excavation
- Pipework exposed and repaired/replaced were needed.
- Pin kerbs repaired, new levels set and re installation of astro turf.
- New washed gravel implemented for drainage.
- Aqua channel set and new concrete pathway poured and adjusted falls set.
- Driveway kerbs lifted re set and paving re laid.
- Installation of water culvert for drainage in driveway through concrete wall.
- New pressure tanilised wooden fence erected.

(Stone wall repairs). Perimeter wall was damaged in a traffic accident to clients property. Trees were removed and wall reconstructed and fence repairs carried out.

- New bespoke golden granite step installed with golden granite cobble edgers and limestone chip filled planting areas.
- Natural stone Retaining wall built for garden walkway.
- Complete Garden area of property fitted with concrete garden edgers.
- Overall site raised and levels altered to implement correct grade on finished gravel driveway (hardfill rock and stone imported to do so.)

Full upgraded pipe system installed.
Site raised with hard fill stone imported and topsoil re-graded to a laser finish at clients desired heights.
New lawn re sewn.
