Slight change around...toilet, radiator and basin repositioned. I use preformed floor formers with the drains presealed...this ensures its watertight and that the water runs where it is supposed to ..no puddling ,no nonsense. The folding wetscreen opens the bathroom up when shower is not in use..the large format tiles are stunning (even though they're killing me physically 😅😅) all finished off with a 2 strip white ceiling and led downlights..

And here we have the result... Enveloped wetroom to linear drain..large format tiles to walls and floors. all finished off with an innovative epoxy resin grout..this product is a game changer in my opinion..waterproof, stainproof and mouldproof..it now means that there's no more scrubbing of grout down the line. ..

Something a little different here...refit of a showroom bay for the guys at Stevenson and Reid .. on this job I asked could I trial a new epoxy resin grout called Perflex. this is an absolute game changer for the industry..an injectable grout straight into the joint that so easy to keep clean and is also waterproof and mouldproof .In this Kamen grey colour it also left a unique gloss finish... People often say to me. "your bathroom must be lovely".. well the truth of the matter was "No...not great!" It was purely functional..as a small room it had a bath,toilet and a basin..I had a shower over the bath but I hated it...it took me a long time (11yrs lol) to know what I wanted..and I think that I now have created something that is unique..as you can see I no longer have a bath..but a full width wetfloor created using non slip wood effect tiles that extend up the wall.. .bifolding wet screen that tucks away when not enjoying the Triton home digital dual head shower...a slab of walnut utilised as a countertop finished with osmo oil to protect it and enhance the colour ..wall hung toilet with concealed cistern hidden behind honeycomb feature tiles..niches trimmed out using metal hexagonal mosaics... large format concrete effect tiles finish off the room and all grout is epoxy so that it never discolours and is fully waterproof....a lightweight aluminium radiator provides an incredible amount of heat despite its small size... This was all designed to be functional but sleek and stylish..it utilises some new and innovative products and it works fantastic...and I love it!!

Way back at the start of 2021 I had the pleasure of creating this beautiful space.. a cast iron freestanding bath which had been a hidden original feature of the previous bathroom given a new lease of life with a copper colour. Fully tiled, floor to ceiling, leakproof shower pod, wall hung vanity and then add in some smart mood lights and here u have, what is, one of my favourites of the past 12 months

Looking good....full refurbishment of this bathroom...bath removed in favour of large showering area..dual head mixer shower.. comfort height toilet, grey 2 drawer wall hung vanity with illuminated mirror..anthracite towel radiator..walls and floors grouted with epoxy for long term waterproof ,mould and stainproof finish...quite a subtle decor tile for feature effect behind vanity and on shower wall...

Luxurious or what? The pictures say it all ..full wetroom,epoxy resin grouting, beautiful grey suite with comfort height...

So most bathrooms I refurbish are pretty tired...this was no exception..but now it's a modern , super trendy bathroom to be proud of.. a couple of firsts in this one for me...first time using the Sorrento wet room screens.. they are so classy... And also the first time I've been asked to do a wall hung toilet..and a rimless clean technology toilet at that..this is a pure luxury bathroom.. with brand new Mira Dual head electric shower in the enclosure that has the modern concrete effect laminate panels fitted.. wall hung 2 drawer vanity with illuminated mirror above ..Beresford traditional style radiator, black taps on bath and basin matching the black onyx shower and Sorrento panels.. I love it..

And here we have it...full strip out and replumb and retile...the original cast bath..reinstated but the underside spray...

And here we have it...full strip out and replumb and retile...the original cast bath..reinstated but the underside sprayed copper..wall hung wood effect vanity unit and chrome effect column radiator. leakproof pod shower and back to wall toilet....white/white pvc ceiling including LEDs and mood lighting...smart controls and waterproof touch sensitive switch brings the latest technology into your bathroom..this is simply stunning..
