Michael Rayner Architectural was formed in April 2010 after 11 years working for South Norfolk Council firstly in the Architectural section learning about building design and the use of CAD drawing packages and then as a Building Control Surveyor for South Norfolk Council and then CNC Building Control after the merger of the Building Control Sections of Broadland District Council, Norwich City Council and South Norfolk Council, dealing with a diverse range of projects from small domestic extensions and alterations to larger commercial projects within the three Local Authority areas.
