New radiators fitted today. These are the raw metal and hammered gold finish but they come in a range of colours made in kent. Very good quality and suite the older type of property.

Hope everyone has been keeping safe during these strange times. Sorry I have not posted on here for a while. I have been very busy during lockdown attending essential work, breakdowns and emergencies. I have attached a few pictures of jobs i have attended and completed.

Viessman combination boiler only 5 years old. It dosent appear to have been powerflushed when installed which is compulsory for the manufacturers warranty. The main heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger was blocked causing hot water problems. I stripped the boiler, descaled the plate heat exchanger, powerflushed the main heating exchanger and heating system. I also descaled the flow and return hoses. The boiler is now working 100% 👍

18 year old Worcester combination boiler. It had seen better days, repaired it once before about 4 years ago but now more leaks have appeared with further problems. System powerflushed and replaced with Baxi 830 with 10 year parts and labour warranty. Also four new radiators fitted with thermostatic valves and a wireless room stat and timer.

Old potterton performa had done its job well over the years but had so many leaks that it wasnt worth repairing. I replaced it with a new baxi 800 36kw. I installed the boiler, powerflushed and a magnaclean filter was fitted. This boiler comes with 10 years parts and labour warranty.
