Here we uplifted a failed LVT flooring installation 😳

Grinding was then needed on the liquied screed subfloor (this is why the LVT failed) once the sub floor has also dried out a few weeks later to below 74% (66%) on our Hydrometer was great! We could Screed/Latex ready for a new LVT floor to be installed.
