Misplaced back door key and googled for a locksmith. Thankfully found Paul. Rang late Friday afternoon and he offered to come straight away if an emergency. As it was not we were happy to wait until Monday. Called as promised and Paul changed the lock with no damage to door and no mess - what a star! Very happy with service and such a pleasant man to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Arrived same day, diagnosed problem, explained it in detail, gave very reasonable quote, and then sorted it completely, even including making some additional adjustments to the door fitting and not finishing until everything was smooth and correct.
