🔥Plan ahead of time if you are thinking of changing your appliance/fireplace and benefit this time of year with shorter lead times. The heating season is just around the corner.

Here’s our top tips for arranging the works.

1. If carrying out a whole room renovation, always change the appliance or fireplace first before decorating or changing your flooring (in 99% of installations) 🛠

2. When popping in to the showroom, it’s always handy to take photos on your phone beforehand and bring them with you. Take one of your current fireplace and one of the exterior of your property with the chimney flue/stack in view.
This gives us a really good idea of compatible appliances 📸

3. Book an appointment for our free home survey service (after visiting our showroom first)📝

4. An itemised quotation will be sent to you after the survey via email (please allow upto 7 days) to accept, call or email us 📞📩

5. All dates and times are agreed and a deposit paid 📅

6. Organise a fuel delivery before the installation date (eg wood logs- if required) 🪵

7. For the installation dates please remove or fully sheet down items in the room.

8. On completion of the installation we will carry out a full handover with you and relevant certificates will be issued 🧾

9. Decorate or finish your flooring 🎨

10. Enjoy your new fireplace 🔥
