The final part of the jigsaw completed.

Garage back door removed, re framed then clad with shiplap.

Old fascia had a makeover too with maintenance free anthracite grey.

The end window has also been replaced by Chris @ Hodges Glazing & Installations

Screen/trellis was installed the week before.

All done in advance of their new and extended patio to be fitted in July.

9 ground anchors installed into the tarmac carpark to secure the new bouncy castle secure and safe for the little ones.

16 holes drilled with a 16mm bit, chemical resin injected then removable threaded bar fittings installed.

All ready for the bank holiday weekend and the school half term break.

Rear garden screen.

The screen was installed to cover the neighbours garage wall/roof area and form part of an ongoing plan of works to include a future patio (July) replacement Upvc fascia, window & door replacement.

The wall was cleaned and painted black before pressure treated posts were installed, black privacy screening added and two single slat trellis panels.
